1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the billboard discovery platform and verified founder AMA features:
- Account & Profile Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name via Supabase Authentication.
- Billboard Listing Details: Product name, website URL, tagline, category, country affiliation, and preview OpenGraph metadata.
- Engagement Telemetry: Aggregated interaction events (impressions, hits, focus dwell time, coarse country code from IP, and device type). IP addresses are not stored permanently.
- Community AMA Questions & Replies: Questions asked by community members (with notification email) and verified replies authored by founders.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used strictly to power core platform features:
- Organic Ranking Algorithm: Calculating weighted engagement scores based on dwell times, visitor spread, and founder response speed.
- Founder Analytics: Providing listing owners with aggregate geographic and device distribution reports.
- Bot & Fraud Prevention: Detecting automated scraping, spam, or manipulative click bots.
- Email Notifications: Sending transactional alerts when an AMA question is asked, answered, or when a subscription receipt is issued via Brevo.
3. Payments & Billing Security
All payments (listing fee, monthly Founder subscriptions, and 24h category or global sponsorships) are processed securely through Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Product Billboards does not store, process, or have access to your credit card, debit card, or banking details.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure
We partner exclusively with trusted, enterprise-grade cloud service providers:
- Supabase: Encrypted PostgreSQL database, authentication, and secure row-level access controls.
- Dodo Payments: PCI-DSS compliant checkout and subscription management.
- Brevo: Transactional email delivery.
5. Your Data Rights & Deletion (GDPR / CCPA)
