Due to the immediate digital provisioning of live platform inventory, instantaneous OpenGraph scraping, immediate rank scoring activation, and irreversible public visibility across our global network, ALL PAYMENTS MADE ON PRODUCT BILLBOARDS ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to all one-time listing fees ($15, charged only once the platform passes its first 0 listings), sponsor bookings, and recurring subscription fees.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing `productbillboards.com`, listing a product billboard, booking a sponsor placement, or subscribing to Founder Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
2. No Refund Policy (Detailed)
Please review our non-refundable purchase terms prior to completing any checkout:
- One-Time Listing Fees ($15): The first 0 billboards listed on the platform are free and no fee is charged; the $15 one-time fee applies to listings submitted after that. Where a fee is charged, digital delivery occurs immediately upon checkout completion. Your product is scraped, indexed in our categories, added to the feed, and granted a 36-hour new listing boost. Because the digital service and exposure are consumed instantaneously, no refunds or chargebacks will be granted.
- Fixed Sponsor Slot Bookings (Global & Category): Sponsor slots represent dedicated, time-locked platform inventory reserved exclusively for your product. Once a booking is locked, that slot is made unavailable to other advertisers. Cancellations or refunds for booked sponsor slots are not permitted.
- Founder Pro Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual): Subscriptions provide ongoing access to advanced geo/referrer analytics, founder reply badges, and AMA moderation tools. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your self-serve billing portal to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle, and no partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
3. Listing Guidelines & Community Standards
Product Billboards is a curated, high-signal discovery network for builders. All submitted websites and products must adhere to the following standards:
- Must be a working software product, tool, mobile app, API, SaaS, newsletter, or creator asset.
- Must have a valid, working domain and reachable OpenGraph image.
- Prohibited Content: Phishing, malware, illegal gambling, hate speech, adult content, deceptive get-rich-quick schemes, or counterfeit products are strictly prohibited.
* We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these safety guidelines without notice and without eligibility for a refund.
4. Transparent Rank & Anti-Manipulation Rules
Our platform rank is computed algorithmically based on genuine visitor retention, dwell time, AMA response speed, and authentic explorer interactions.
- The Top 3 Spots Are Not For Sale: Paid sponsor slots are explicitly labelled and separated. The organic top three positions are strictly earned by community engagement.
- Anti-Bot Manipulation: Any automated bot traffic, fake upvote rings, artificial click scripts, or coordinate manipulation will trigger our anti-fraud engine, resulting in rank penalties, blacklisting, or delisting.
5. Billing & Payment Processing
All credit card transactions, invoices, and payment data are securely processed by our merchant partner Dodo Payments. We do not store or transmit raw payment credentials on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing details for all purchases.
6. Limitation of Liability
Product Billboards is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee specific visitor conversion numbers, revenue figures, or rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Billboards and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
